The word studio is derived from the Italin: studio, from Latin: studium, from studere, meaning to study or zeal.

It’s hard to believe that it’s been nearly a year since we moved into our new studio on Rosevale Street! Our humble premises is in the process of having a bit of a facelift and makeover in a style somewhere in the middle of Changing Rooms and Queer Eye. We’re looking forward to getting our paintbrush and picture frames out and hope to brighten the space up before the inevitable doom and gloom of the winter months hits us.

We’ll be working on the space some time over the next few weeks but our door is still very much open and we welcome any proposals for exhibitions and workshops, as well as being open for our regular life drawing thursdays.
